Catalysts

RK-211

Low alkali pre-reduced catalyst for steam reforming. RK-211 is used in tubular reformers for steam reforming of feedstocks ranging from natural gas to LPG. RK-211 is pre-reduced version and installed on top of RK-201 and a non-alkali catalyst like R-67-7H.

HTZ-3

The HTZ-3 is a high-density zinc oxide absorbent for feedstocks with high sulfur concentrations. Proven at numerous facilities around the world, it will give your plant a cost-effective, reliable means of protecting downstream catalysts from sulfur.

LK-801

LK-801 is Topsoe’s first generation LTS catalyst. Similar to our other LTS catalysts, it is based on oxides of copper, zinc, and aluminum.

RA-67-7H

RA-67-7H is unreduced and used in tubular reformers for steam reforming of light feedstocks such as natural gas. For reforming of feedstocks ranging from heavy natural gas to LPG and for operation under high heat flux conditions such as in top-fired steam reformers, RA-67-7H is used in combination with Topsoe’s series of alkali-promoted catalysts.

KM1

KM1 is used in the majority of the world’s ammonia converters to convert synthesis gas containing hydrogen and nitrogen into ammonia.

HTZ-5

The HTZ-5 is a high-purity, large-surface-area zinc oxide absorbent for feedstocks with low sulfur concentrations, or for operation at low temperatures. It reliably removes sulfur to keep your downstream catalysts protected.
